Observe, Record and Educate

• Citizen Science Equipment Deliver support and equipment to volunteer divers, including survey slates, data sheets, tank fills and data processing, to record marine species and habitat health in line with standardised 1 scientific protocols, across three scientific dive surveys and ten awareness-raising social dives with data collection components.

• Community & School Engagement Facilitate 3–4 school or local group workshops using our Beneath Our Waves visual presentation and develop take-home marine conservation resources.

• Traditional Owner Collaboration Work with the Bunurong Land Council to incorporate cultural knowledge and ensure the advocacy approach respects Indigenous connections to the marine environment. • Data Collection & Submission Conduct reef monitoring surveys in alignment with Ricketts Point and other Victorian Marine Protected Areas and compile data for submission to relevant state environmental bodies.
